Bisley at Braidwood – Scottish Borders

Pay & Play is Open Tuesday – Sunday

As Scotland is now in Phase 1 we are open on a limited basis. Certificate holders only. Shooting 10am – 5pm. Time slots of 1.5 hours must be booked in advance. For Friday 29, Saturday 30 & Sunday 31 this can only be done by purchasing a voucher online. Do not call. Cartridges available at Clubhouse. See link below.

The following procedures will be in place:

1. The automated Pay & Play ‘pods’ can be used by an individual, or with ONE other person
2. Clients must have valid insurance, shotgun certificate and bring own shotgun
3. Social distancing rules will apply at all times
4. Hand sanitizer is available on each stand
5. Time slot bookings only. Clients must call in advance.
6. Numbers on the ground will be restricted
7. Ear defenders and shooting glasses will not be available. Please bring your own.
8. Cash to be avoided. Card payments only.
9. Clients must bring proof of insurance and shotgun certificate
10. One shooter per group can check in at the Clubhouse before their session
11. Shotgun cartridges will be available for sale
12. The Clubhouse will operate on a one-in, one-out basis
13. Lavatory facilities will be closed to prevent contamination
14. All pods will be disinfected before and after use
15. Water and limited soft drinks are available
16. Please take rubbish away with you and dispose at home instead of at the ground
17. Upon completion of shooting, and payment, plan to leave straight away
 
Anyone who is unwell with cold or flu-like symptoms, or living with anyone displaying symptoms, should not attend and stay home until they’ve completed the recommended period of self-isolation and recovered fully. Those who are considered in a high-risk group should not attend.

Long Siberia Pay & Play is Open Tuesday – Sunday

In line with government and CPSA guidance, Bisley Shooting Ground our Long Siberia automated Pay & Play facility is now open. Cottesloe Heath remains closed for the time being. After months of isolation we’re delighted to welcome you for fresh air & clay shooting fun. For the safety of all the following measures will be put in place:

1. The automated Pay & Play ‘pods’ can be used by an individual, or with ONE other person
2. Clients must have valid insurance, shotgun certificate and bring own shotgun
3. Social distancing rules will apply at all times
4. Hand sanitizer is available on each stand
5. Time slot bookings only
6. Numbers on the ground restricted to 10 pods at any time (up to max 2 friends per pod)
7. Ear defenders and shooting glasses will not be available. Please bring your own.
8. Cash to be avoided. Card payments only.
9. Clients must bring proof of insurance and shotgun certificate
10. Long Siberia Lodge access prohibited. A table at the entrance is available to receive your ‘pod’
11. Lavatory facilities are closed to prevent contamination
12. All pods will be disinfected before and after use
13. Water and limited soft drinks are available
14. Please take rubbish away with you and dispose at home instead of at the ground
15. Upon completion of shooting, and payment, plan to leave straight away
 
Members: if you store your shotgun with us and would like to use it on the Pay & Play, give us minimum 24 hours notice during the week and we will have it ready for your arrival at Long Siberia.

TIME SLOTS

Please arrive 5 minutes before your allocated time and wait until your start time before approaching the Lodge. Please be back at the Lodge to complete payment no later than the end of your allocated time. If the ground is not busy then you may stay out longer, at the discretion of BSG staff.
