Bisley Pay & Play and the National Rifle Association are pleased to announce that they have signed heads of terms to settle the litigation that began in June 2019. This was the result of a mediation process, which was of great value to both parties. We are working together on binding documentation for the NRA to acquire the business of Bisley Pay & Play currently conducted at the Council Club and Cottesloe Heath, and to grant Bisley Pay & Play a lease of Long Siberia to continue its Pay and Play sporting clay shooting business.
